Row, row, row your boat, Gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, Life is but a dream.
I’ve been attempting for a while now to create a post that would compile the best, and most eerie of the copious 9/11 coincidences in the media and art world.
I can only speculate upon the reason for all these premonitions, and coincidences, but I would much rather let you make your own mind up as to why they exist. Here then is my list and descriptions.
The first image comes to us from the band Supertramp. The band was formed in the 1970’s, but the front cover of their album “Breakfast In America” hits all the marks on the creepy meter for it’s precognitive value. The first thing you’ll notice is the point of view of Manhattan is from the airliner. Secondly, behind the Twin Towers made out of cereal boxes you’ll see the ‘U’ and the ‘P’ partially obscured, and when read in reverse appears to be ‘9 11’. You can also pull out “Sept” from Supertramp. So to sum up; in this photo we have 9/11 behind the towers, a view from a plane, and abbreviation “Sept” easily pulled from Supertramp. Is this merely a coincidence? Most likely, but regardless it’s creepy, and made more so by the waitress’s smile.
This next image is a screenshot from The Matrix which was released on March 31st, 1999. In the screenshot you will see that Mr. Anderson’s passport expires on 9/11.
Our next image is from Terminator 2. Right before the liquid terminator slams his truck into the wall, we can easily reads “caution 9-11” on the overpass. Terminator 2 was released on July 3rd, 1991.
The next image is from a 1997 episode of the Simpsons. In the episode the kids ask to take a trip to New York, and as you can see it’s $9, and the Twin Towers serve as the 11. So you can read “New York, Nine-Eleven”.
Our next image is from the Big Lebowski. I feel this is just straight up coincidence, but nevertheless it’s interesting and should be included in the group. The Dude dates his check 9/11 after seeing George Bush I on the TV screen.
The following cards are from the Illuminati Card Game released by Steven Jackson in 1997.
Here are two quick videos. The first one I noticed only a couple of months ago from Fight Club, and the second is from Mel Gibson’s The Patriot.
And finally, what I consider to be the biggest of them all is from the first episode of the X-files spinoff called The Lone Gunman. In this episode called The Pilot which was aired on March 4, 2001, an airliner is highjacked by remote control, and aimed to crash into the Twin Towers in New York. The act of terrorism would be blamed on anyone the shadow govt. chose in the Middle East, so that a war could be started to create new enemies for the military industrial complex. Sound familiar? Of course it does.
I leave you with this final youtube video from “FacelesswithEyesOpen“. The video gathers a lot of the initial observations from people on the ground on 9/11, which were subsequently buried in the chaos that followed. You’ll see from the video that a few people reported the 2nd plane to be grey with no logos or markings, and there are more then a few reports of secondary explosions going off in the buildings.
As always; peace to those who died.
